The cattle DO NOT belong to The Ranch at Keystone. Please be advised that the cattle get out and will end up on the road or loose. Do not be alarmed.

Only call guest services if the cows are in our yard. Otherwise, there is not much we can do. Think of them as "Free Range."

Please DO NOT feed the cows or the wildlife.

We ask that you contact our Guest Services person between the hours of 8am and 7pm. Anything outside of this should be emergency only. As always if you are experiencing a true emergency please call 911.

We do our best to make your stay enjoyable. We have a fully stocked kitchen- pots, pans, dishes, spices, hand towels, soap. We do provide a limited amount of toilet paper, laundry soap and shampoo/conditioner.

Shower towels are provided. Please keep in mind we may not provide the brand or amount you need so you may need to take a trip to the grocery store.

We do our best, and have heard all positive feedback as it pertains to our stocking of supplies.

Sure! Pets are family. There are not many vacation rental homes that allow it. If you would please clean up after your pets.

We have a "Pet Station" on a tree outside for your convenience. This includes horses. Please clean up the horse pens before you leave.

This is not included in our house cleaning fee. We have shovels outside, a nice pile out of the way will work just fine for us.
